Sadly, this is typical police work. If you think this is bad, you should see how it goes down in Phoenix regularly. I'm sure these dudes with their 2-inch long cocks felt real, real tough beating up a teenage girl.
Oh sure it does. One time i got in a situation like this and was livid afterwards. My lawyer advised me to forget about it because if it went to jury i had no shot because if cops said elephants could fly the jury would believe them. Now i just yes sir them no matter how wrong they are. Makes life a little easier.
Said before will say it again, a lot, not all, but a lot of cops are nothing but focking ego maniacs.

i think it was a total overreaction...but theres a part of me that doesn`t feel to bad that the little smartass got roughed up...i`m sure what we saw on that tape was just the end of this little play....i wonder how difficult this little angel was on the lead up to the beatdown?...

There is no law you have to be respectful to law enforcement. Lack of respect does not entitle anyone to rough up any human like that. This again as I said comes down to ego. He didnt like some little girl getting smart with him so he beat the shit out of her. I hope he gets 5 years & she gets paid.
It also doesnt matter how difficult she was as a prisoner. Nothing warrants what happened to her. Law enforcement agents are supposed to have the public trust....this violates it 100%. It is their job to show restraint. He is a bigger criminal than she is I am sure of that.

Being smart or whatever should not involve the threat of being beaten. If thats the case our whole law enforcement system is broke.

no...what "we don`t know" is what happened prior to the beatdown...maybe she spit on him...resisted...maybe this isn`t the first time...maybe she`s chronically violent...all we saw was around 10 or 15 seconds of video that her lawyer probably obtained...

Again your points are irrelevant. What happened prior is irrelevant. It matters not if this isnt her first time, if she spit at him, she wasnt resisting physically & violently at the time. Even if she did prior to the tape, you can't say ok you resisted 5 mins ago, here comes your beat down now.
Not to mention it was a grown ass male, beating a teenage girl. He could have easily killed her by throwing her head so violently into the wall.
I guess that would be ok cause a 15 year old 'acting' all gangster deserves it right? Or maybe this was her 2nd crime or maybe she was a real smart ass.....no doubt that gives the officer the right to potentially murder the girl.
The video is part of the freedom of information act. Its public property. Any could have obtained it.
