U are correct; it's very tough! A morbidly obese patient (5'2" 300+ range) is harder though than a person like Odom. It's the dead weight and huge girth that make it so hard. The bowel incontinence is so hard to manage. I see these physical specimens when I go out and my thought is how hard it would be to take care of them in the hospital.
