don't u have a small engine repair guy around that can take a look at it for you? No way I would pay that unless it needed parts, etc. I can email my aunt and uncle that live in Columbus and ask them where to go up there if u want?

the problem is, getting the mower to those shops. nobody makes house calls and i don't have a way to get the thing there. not to mention those shops are always backed up.

and i used one of those when i was a kid to mow our lawn. my step dad WAS a cheap ass.

yes, but i never put it away. it stayed out in my back yard all winter. rust, i guess.

it's definitely a cable problem but the cable isn't broken it's just not pulling things together.

geeze i treat mine better then my car. The thought of using the push mower again :scared me to death.
