would your area be able to support (law) topless girl car wash shops w/ interior appointments?

it's funny that you mention this ie...because in a small town (carefree) just north of me a topless coffee shop is supposed to open up shortly by a guy who has open up a few other topless coffee shops throughout the states...& he is supposed to be pretty successful with this idea....

1000% ! and it is warm 12 month a year.

We have had that and a topless donut shop.

God did the donuts suck. But the titties were outrageous.
i always thought about having topless hair salon :D

sounds like too many problems with the law and religious nuts

I have wanted to find a way to buy and operate multiple properties with several others to help spread the work and the risk. Now is such a great time to accumulate properties and build a portfolio. I already own two rentals, but it is such a hassle trying to do everything as a one man show.

gary....you have to find yourself a reliable handyman who you can trust...since i found one a few years ago i have had very little work to do myself....& believe it or not this guy makes about $75,000 a year doing only handyman work....

I had an idea around 15 years ago and last month saw one in Dayton, OH that blew my mind but this one was not to the extent that I had envisioned.

Build a driving range that was nothing but a lake and nothing but island greens to hit your shots at. You would buy a flood plane for cheap land, dig out a hole, fill the hole with beviled concrete and a pump to regenerate all the balls that land in the water. Highest cost of driving ranges is lost balls and you never have this cost because they are always being pumped back and instantly clean. Build island greens at 100, 150, 200 yards and have a landing area at 250-300 yards with a net for the long ball hitters to fly at.

Also, have a two story club house that you could sell the range balls along with equipment. balls, gloves, shoes etc Upstairs have a grill with decent bar foods, beer and a balcony so folks could sit outside and watch the peeps hitting balls. Of course there would be lots of cheering/razzing encouraged.

Biggest cost would be the concrete {anyone know where to get a deal on that}, and then the pump system, land would not be high because it would be flood plane. Anyone that goes to the range always hit at flags or greens...wouldnt it be a lot more fun to try and hit into water and land on island greens:shrug:

I think it could be a huge draw in the right area

Kansas City area for who knows how long....
One idea that will generate income is to place advertizements on free internet sites for restaurants. Many folks now go by online reviews they read of eateries at sites like yelp and urbanspoon (which has a very popular iphone app). So for restaurants you actually do like, approach them that for fee you will plant favorable reviews and write-ups all over blogs, discussion forums, review sites, etc. With pictures and such.

for cheap start-up service-type businesses--I say travelling car detailing. Outfit small trucks with everything you need. Hire obsessives who like to clean and see job well done. Send them out to rich suburbs to spend hours detailing a car. Like the very successful maid services doing this now.

Tho the largest market opportunity, in general, is to cater to boomers. There are millions of them, controlling trillions of dollars.

brainstorm what need ain't getting filled with the aging boomers. They got exploding foot problems, dental problem, do lots of remodeling, buy second cars for weekends and kids, travel a lot, wanna age gracefully and without much mental loss--and gonna be retired for decades. They need help navigating all the huge amounts of info and claims out there. Gotta be tons of unfilled needs!

I get a massage once per month for 49 bucks billed to my credit card, every time I go in it is packed

50 bucks per month X lets say 500 members is a nice chunk of change, the massage therapists get paid per massage plus tip, my wife is a member for 39 bucks per month

I think it would make tons of money if in the right area

I'm not an organizer, and I'm not very creative with this sort of stuff, but I do have other talents (serious!) that might come in handy if any of this ever comes to fruition.

I've been trying to find something related to my profession that's EASY and that I could possibly do from home. Haven't found it yet. :sadwave:
