about 240 and want to weigh 200, although I haven't weighed that since 8th grade
I would like to lose 50 lbs, I am not big beer belly or anything like that see my facebook pics, have broad shoulders and history of heart disease in my family and I am 36, dont want a heart attack :scared
240 is 2800 calories a day, so ur goal is 2300 calories every day. I went from 240 to 205 last year in 4 months, so it can be done. I found u can burn TONS of calories on a stationary bike. A stationary bike sucks and is boring, but I would pop in a movie, get a big glass of water, watch the movie, and ride the bike the whole time.
