I have no game whatsoever. I use three clubs to get it around the 'track.' In a scramble deal, I suppose none of my shots will count, since none or very, very few will be the best(if that's how this crap works). Which is fine.

Hanging/riding with BBC for the afternoon, getting to meet Clint and getting together with Wayne again while watching him kill it will make for a fun afternoon.

don't think a book would touch it--I sure wouldn't if I was book. Have played with Jack and Clint--and can gauge Chad on his score at course I've played--other than that would have 0 knowledge of others. You can adjust for the knowns but not the unknowns--would say with size of Jacks forum there are numerous members that could beat anyone at our event and I don't know who they are--but they do.
Only thing harder on pocket book than over estimating your own abilty is under estimating opponents.
No way would I make a sizable wager against an unknown opponant--
no, you described it as "4 to 7 depending on tees" but if you play as well as you did when we played together, this course is a good course for you. from the whites i think it's about 6100 or so but you have to be straight off the tee and have a good short game. that's you.
