Jalapenos where just ok for lunch. Beans will be going on around 2. They are only supposed to cook for 2 hours but I like them on there longer to thicken them up.
Pork shoulder has been on for 6 hours and is at 165. I'm going to take it to 205-210 before it hits the cooler.
I just put my beans on. I do them for ~ 90 minutes in the regular over @ 350 :shrug:

7 hours in. Usually not this much smoke but I just added another applewood log. It settles after 5 minutes.
