sorry for the delay in posts. Made it through twelve Stellas and have nine Miller Lites left out of an eighteen pack. Not sure if this is where I should be right now as the cooler is outside

Had only 7 tonight/last night and it's time to chillax as I guess I've decided that sleep is overrated. Might jump back in once the Yanks are up by 3 or 4, if it happens.

gonna start grilling prep in about an hour and fire that baby up around 2pm :00hour

jumbo shrimp
corn on the cob
jalepano bread
tomato and pineapple kabobs
all on the grill. bought me a cheap kettle charcoal grill on sale at menards.
made desert last night.
layer of chocolate cake on the bottom
layer of cool whip
layer of fresh blueberries
layer of chocolate cake
layer of cool whip
layer of strawberries
layer of cool whip
combo layer of strawberries and blueberries
and i won't eat any of that.

Ground Sirloin Burgers wrapped around the jalepeno butter topped with Pancetta and Asiago (Juiciest, Tastiest Burgers ever)
Corn: season w/ lime juice and chili powder. wrap in tin foil and on direct grill for 15 minutes turning every 3 minutes and then taking off direct heat and putting it above the grill for about 20 minutes. The corn doesn't even need butter.
Tomato: Cut off the top of the tomato and scoop out the insides so all you're left with is the shell. turn upside down in fridge for 30 minutes to let moisture out. In the tomato put:
quick pour of olive oil
cream cheese
sprinkle of steak seasoning
quick pour of olive oil
asiago cheese
sprinkle of steak seasoning

didn't stop last night until 5a. Out front with neighbors the entire time and now out of beer. Have to go to store for Gorgonzola cheese anyway. Having chops stuffed with a sweet sausage herb and gorgonzola stuffing with risotto, fried corn (frickin out of this world if you haven't ever had it) Garlic bread with a balsamic and olive oil reduction for a glaze, and of course some insalata caprese with buffalo mozzarella. Dessert is a "Death by Chocolate cheesecake" I made yesterday just have to cover it with the raspberry puree and fresh raspberries and I am done.
