btw, sunniest place around. 300 days of sun. I have only shoveled 3 times all year. Played golf in every month. When you fuckers were in the miserable gray and 30 degree temps it was 65 and sunny here with no humidity all through Jan and Feb.

We NEED this moisture to keep our well from going dry and our house from burning down.

Last August it was 104 in Denver and 84 at my house :00hour

This is the greatest place on earth!

Plus, NO BUGS! None of our windows or doors have screens. It's too high for bugs:mj07:
