dad called sunday and asked if i wanted to come out. His ranch is about 12k acres and is 20 miles north of big timber montana. I was there by lunch on monday:mj07: We have two streams on the property and i probably caught trout 55 trout on 5 hour-two hour excursions. Bit mostly my hopper on one stream and my dropper prince nympho on the other. We pheasant hunted twice with labs and killed 25 or so. Went Goose hunting in a barely field and smacked 12 canadians. The last morning we went duck hunting on a pond and killed our limit of ducks. I came home late thursday evening. Not a bad four days

he lives there from may till the weather turns bad which is usually in october sometime. he bought it 16 years ago when we didnt get the nfl team in memphis(when jax and car came into the league)
not sure how much longer we will have it as he's 77.

his dad started it in the 40s and he took it over in the 50s. we just sold our cotton business this past april to louis dreyfuss

well, look at it this way. Had he bought an NFL franchise and then you took it over, I don't think you'd be able to maintain your MJ's affiliation. Surely you wouldn't trade that for an NFL team, right? :mj07:
