What a dumb move, stopped at McDonalds to get nuggets, and so I see the rib, I get the combo meal and of coarse for $1 you can get a second McRib! I know I didn't need it but I'm not going to pass up that value. I would of been kicking myself for not splurging the buck, or at least so I thought, now my stomach is killing me! Didn't eat the fries!

How does one describe the flavor of the McRib? Like burnt barbecue? Unique but never again! Don't let them sucker you into getting the second McRib for a buck. There is a reason for that,

Chick-Fil-A uses peanut oil. I got a kid allergic to peanuts.

Our family loves it tho.

500 calories and a ton of sodium


Fast food is for every once in awhile, not every week or day.

when all of us have beautiful[includes ..mind..body..and soul] wives who make sure they take time out of each day to make sure each and every morsel of food we take in is healthy is available we can all call the rest GARBAGE..you Sir are fortunate to have a partner willing to devote time and energy to nth degree to see to it that your beautiful family eats correctly every single day..something nearly 75% of American have neither the time..the money and especially nor the patience for such a lifestyle change.Certainly fantastic for you and yours but hardly a stepping of point to reming us all we are trash eaters.

until then some of us will average 120 hour work weeks between the 2 earning partners and try our best to consume the best of the worst..

I gave up red meat of all kind for over 2 years .

While it was certainly a good lifestyle change it didn't change my life forever and I felt no demons enter my belly when I returned to the red meat.

Certainly a great choice to consume the best food we can...but just like converting over to MAC...not all of us live in a current lifestyle that allows us to convert to what its best for us or of use to us.

We muddle along and in the end hopefully see all our buddies in the great resting place in FINI.

Chick fila is awesome...

Probably grab one every other week or so...

Classic chick on wheat, ice water and no fries.. Not saying its health food but at only 400 calories there are worse options out there..:toast:

oh and they are yummy

if you knew the filler and chemicals they put in it you would add this to the what would you not eat list for 1million dollars. pig intestines plenty of salt and thats the best stuff, some other goodies a chemical flour bleaching agent thats used to make gym mats and soles for tennis shoes wait it gets worse but you would need a degree in chemistry to know about the other chemicals.
