I think Izzo is the better coach (X's and O's) but Roy is a good coach and better recruiter (Kansas and UNC sure help that effort). There is value in the ML, MSU has knocked down some Giants along the way.

UNC should win by DD but you never know. I think they have finally decided that their season has come down to 6 games and they are willing to play defense and put it all together for one of the main reasons everyone came back.

MSU had had a hell of a year after starting slow, but I think (and hope) UNC is just way too much for them and wins by 10-12, if not more.

UNC played high screens differently that allowed guards to penetrate like they did against wake and also BC.

You won't find that info anywhere on the net but it's why carolina hasn't been torched in that fashion since. Perimeter defensive scheme was changed after that game and things were drastically different.

Michigan State needs to keep close early. If the game is tied or Michigan State is leading after 10 minutes, I think you have a shot.

have to admit that after watching mich st lose to maryland early in the year(their big man was out,...still,they looked like shit) and seeing how n.c. drubbed them earlier in michigan,i never thought mich st would get this far....

but obviously,this is a different team at this point in the season...with homecourt to boot....
