Agreed. "Fixed" is insulting to the NFL, it's officials, players and all of it's fans.

"Integrity challenged" is a better term.

Most of IE's terms get to me also, inparticular-- those making reference to "public and squares" especially the TV handicappers that somehow never are able to beat 50%

Was never too keen on post game prognosticators either.

I can't believe this one hasn't been named yet: " I know I'm a homer, but...."

In the non-virtual world, my #1 pet-peeve saying is "110%". I automatically try to not like someone if they use this term. It's the most ignorant attempt at adding emphasis to a statement. Hey buddy, if you give me even close to 100%, your efforts will be recognized as valiant.
