Saint, agree with you on the work 'panties'. Slicks me aswell. Hate the word when it is used in any way, shape, or form.
Sun Tzu- Tzu was the surname of one of the gooks I went to school with who was an arrogant little prick. Not well liked by many and copped his fair share of floggings before his time was up- so yeh, everytime I used to see your user name it would remind me of him. Hence, not a fan of the word/name.
GOY= quick fade the other way in some cases.

not necessarily from poster's, but in everyday life...

"dude"

"huh?" - in response to a question or remark that the person has not heard. instead of "pardon me", "excuse me" or "i'm sorry".

both drive me crazy.

i hate this one too but......i used to get on a friend that used it all the time and he proved it to me. whataya gonna do? :)

Main Entry: ir?re?gard?less
Pronunciation: "ir-i-'g?rd-l&s
Function: adverb
Etymology: probably blend of irrespective and regardless
nonstandard : REGARDLESS
usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that "there is no such word." There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.

"been there done that".....really annoys me..

That's #2 on my list behind 110%.

If you catch yourself saying "been there, done that" rest assured that the people you are saying it to think you are a loser.

And then there's the people that take it to an even cooler level "been there, done that, bought the t-shirt". :cursin:
