I will tell you something that I have never told anyone in here and that is how King of Dogs came about. It has nothing to do with gambling or playing dog plays and all that.

I have 2 young Presa Canario dogs that I keep on a property I have along with a rotty. They were all three about 1 or 2 years old at the time. The Presas come from the Canary Islands and look like the one in my avatar. Fearless dogs cost about 1400 ea.

They are fighting dogs and difficult to control. They are very hard headed and if you arnt prepared to kick their ass then dont get one because they think they are boss.

Anyway, I had been working with them for about a month on voice commands and they are all three pretty smart dogs.

So one day my wife came into the shop and all the dogs were in there with me. They jumped up as she walked in and I yelled stay. And they all three sat down at the same time.

My wife said to me ...Who are you, King of Dogs.

Well thats the end of the college football season and the sharps took a boot right to the butt cheeks.

What a game Auburn played. I was really surprised that Cam Newton was unable to run through Oregon's defense like he did in every other game.
They must have keyed on him with the linebackers. He did have a few good runs but nothing like usual.

As I said alot of nerves and sloppy play to start. I knew that under would hit first half but I don't play totals. Darron Thomas played well but Auburns 54th ranked defense was well prepared to stop all the silly option chit thrown their way.

Nick Fairley. What can you say. Dude is a brute and a monster. He disrupted Oregons offense all day and no one could stop him. He made tackles in the backfield and stuffed the run on the goal line stands.

Rushing yards for Oregon was under 100 yds :142smilie . Ducks werent prepared to be stuffed like that. They were pushed back up front all night.

Micheal Dryer the freshman running back for Auburn. Wow. Just wow. He put the team on his shoulders and would not be denied. That winning run at the end where he slid off the back of the guy and kept running clinched the game. Whoever that was on Auburns sideline that screamed at him to run, needs big props. I am sure it was a coach. He ended up with 149 yds I think it was. Great effort.

So Cam figured out he could not get his normal 100 yds rushing, so he turned to the passing game and really came through. I hate when that hurt lay down that he does enters into the picture as it reminds me of how Vick used to do that. Jumping up at last second so he wont have to go out of the game for a play pretty much shows yu where his head is at. Grimacing for the cameras falls into this category and he did it alot in the second half. I guess its a way to get attention and makes him seem more like a superstar that plays hurt.

I would not want Cam on my NFL team though. I would take Nick Fairley in a second but he would probably disrupt the locker room and may be a attitude risk like that dumb ass at Washington Haynesworth or whatever his name is.

The Ducks' defense has shown flaws, allowing more than 500 yards in three games,

Well looks like I will be playing the Alabama Vs Notre Dame game next week.

I find it difficult to win bowl games because lets face it teams dont really care if they win or lose in most cases.

I have started to look at the Championship game though and should have a play up soon.

I have won 4 or 5 College National Championship games in a row .

I didn't bet on LSU vs Alabama last years as I thought other teams got robbed not getting in, and I dislike watching the same teams defense over and over boring me.


Oh well

Got to give Notre Dame's team a shot with that defense. But can the Notre Dame QB score enough to win the game. He is going to have to throw the ball to win and he may have some trouble.

Alabama has been there done that.

I havnt even looked at the line yet as I tend to wait until I am ready.
