Anyone look at HOU/MINN game?

Minnesota:

* Under is 8-0 in MIN last 8 vs. Western Conf
* Under is 9-1 in MIN last 10 games as an Udog
* Under is 9-2 in MIN last 11 overall.

Houston:

* Under is 7-1 in HOU last 8 Fri. games.

Minn only broken 100 2 times in last 10 games and that was against Mem and Cha and the Cha game we had the under (nost of us) and thought we had that one right.

Hou only 3 times in last 10 games, OT vs DET, PHO and the Craptors.

Any thoughts?

Recent trends look good, but it worries me that all 3 previous meetings went over today's number.

I capped this game last night and liked it. I had the buy-in number @192. It was 193 last night and only dropped a hook since. I have a heavy lean on this but just can't pull the trigger since I have conflicting signals when I ran different game situations. Gun to my head scenario, I play the under. GL JB

I did see that but BOTH teams were WAY different. Without Mcgrady Hou is much more DEF minded and without Jefferson MINN off hasnt been effective.

Thanks for the input.

That's very true as well. Those factors totally escaped my mind. Ax was leaning on it so you must be onto something. BOL on your play.

N. Orl O/A up to 191 1/2

NJ/Mia off board ?? poss value hear - is this a Wade thing?

Lastly - did u give much thought to Houst/Minn Under? Houst b2b OT - good 'D' Minn can't score -Ax, this is obviously the 'burnetto arm chair stuff' - so feel free to knock me around

Yes Ax,

I owe several people drinks - after buying back your Under @ 1H LN - I was P.O. didn't stick it out - (have trouble w/ unders that look disasterous at 1H) - went 1.5 U on Okla (34Peyton) and Now this - I already have a POD won. I quoted myself here - cause I too wanted to see if any good reasons to not go w/ Minn Under - besides the whole 'Action Junkie' thing.

Based on what little I know, Portland State may be the live dog b/w those 2; Leonard Hamilton is a good coach who left a good situation in Miami only to flame out in the NBA, he's shown that he belongs in the college game like Pitino and that Florida State team is competitive - I'm not knocking the Big 10, but other than MSU, they really haven't shown me anything this year and Wisconsin has been usually more reliable in years past than this one.

Take everything I've written w/ a grain of salt/caveat given that I haven't really invested a whole lot of time in the NCAA this year...

I do think that Louisville covers the line; they haven't had a long layoff like Pittsburgh (which was evident today) and Pitino has 'em rounding into form (Syracuse, whom everyone expected to be fatigued, is actually playing better b/c they're in a groove - playing well in sports is predicated to such a large degree on rhythm and routine that it's better to not have a long stretch of time away from real game situations - Louisville fits that criterion).

Just a bit of info FYI, If you look at games yesterday and today, the ones that have single digit spreads, you'll find out that comparing the opening lines vs the closing lines, the public has been correct 7 of 8 times, incl today with Utah St. Now this is ONLY when the line has moved by a point or more from opening to close or near close. Something to think about when capping NCAA games. Hence, bettin with the public aint a bad thing at least when you see a single digit spread, and the line has moved by at least one(1) point or more since the open. GLTA

So far SIENA and UTAH would follow that scenario for tonights plays

Actually don't like the card. Fla. St has been one of best ATS teams this year - have overcome a lot to get here - don't have any idea how these 2 mqtch up - a lot would come down to coaching IMO and I like M. State to cover - best game to watch, for me will be Wake/Cleve St. all would be small wagers for me if @ all - may stick to a better NBA card then hit the 2 RD tom.
