Interesting note about the officials working the Orl/NY Knicks games.

They have worked 1 game all season together and the total pts were 210.

However individually they are a combined:

64-87 under the total and when total is 205+ they are combined 18-26

Avgs for 3 officials: 200.9, 202.1, 194.3

Luke, You've seen some of the things we do...we just help each other out. We don't have this you against me mentality. It's us against them pal...with some correctly placed action, we have some time to get some of that 20% back. Gotta collar that action junkie in you though...LOL, this ain't going to happen overnight! BOL on your card sir

For totals I'm looking at:

New York at Orlando U215
Indiana at Charlotte U198.5
Boston at Memphis U191.5

Numbers have changed...I just copied and pasted these from previous posts

Not looking at the LAL / CHI number anymore ax????
Only 1 of the last 10 meetings between these 2 teams has gone over 200 points - let alone 211.5 - and that was the last game in November in LA. Back when the Lakers were interested in being the highest scoring team in the NBA.
Now - as evidenced by recent play I believe - they / Phil is more interested in playing SOME defense as the playoffs approach. Everyone continues to preach DE-fense wins championships, and they all are pointing out LAL can't win it all cause they don't play any.

Only 2 of the Lakers last 10 have eclipsed this number - against GS and PHOENIX - not much of a surprise their is it?????
Add to this that Jane Q and Joe P - and their entire families - still loving betting overs in Lakers games (to the tune of 78% right now), and I liked the mention of this one by you Ax.

Thoughts??!!?? :0corn

Personally I think the Under in Orl/Knicks is the way to go, i see a game around 108-95 magic winners.

Here's my thoughts on this game finally:

1. We have Overall Pts For/Against in our favor
2. We have Last 5 games plays Avg Pts/Against in our favor.

3. We have home/away pts for/against in our favor.

4. We have referees in our favor.
5. We have vegas' line set in our favor, only game this season was 223 pts on a line of 218.5, the public seeing this and vegas setting a line lower than the first total wouldn't make sense, why not set it at 219 since the first game went over the 218.5? And why lower it by 3 points?

6. Al Harrington may or may not play and if he does a sore achilles doesn't make for great jump shooting.

7. Accuscore trend puts it at 4.0 off the line which is 10-8 since my tracking began.

That's all I can think of right now on this play.

Dave, check your PM. I answered your Question.

I wasn't a big fan of the total in this game. I have a heavy lean on the Lakers and since that number has dropped, I'm liking it even more. As far as defense and LAL, I just ave a hard time putting the two in the same sentence. Maybe they play some D by West Coast standards but East Coast? I'm going to call NO PLAY for me on the total here. Don't let me talk you out of anything by any means. I just happen to think there are better options for my hard earned cash. GL Dave

I agree Slice and you're quite sharp. I'm already full 1U in this game. I'm still undecided about my second play. Homer and all, I still like the C's to go under tonight.
