How can any better in this day and age, put serious money on a game with confidence? Game neutering rules and absolute mind numbing B.S. calls.

Maybe not, but you did not get a judge and jury to debate it with slow mo over and over, while as a fan you sit watching with a thumb up your butt, then they still get it wrong.
I agree, replay is about 50/50 that they get it right. Baseball next imagine slowing down baseball
