Since I like to obsess over things, I wonder if it's as simple as just needing more memory? If you've had the computer for a while, I think that's a possibility.

you know,you`re right....that computer died in 2007...but i didn`t zap the hard drive until last year...

btw...how the hell do i pull up "my computer"?...when i hit start(the dell icon),i don`t see "my computer" anywhere....(yes,i`m tech-tarded)...

it`s very strange...i just figured out how to defrag the disk...

it was scheduled for every wednesday at 1 a.m.....has been performing this operation up to and through 04/14/10....then it stopped....

next scheduled run : never

not long after this is when i started having serious issues with the dell....

hmmmm?..the game is afoot...
