With Georgia playing Tenn I am going to turn to what should be the top shootout of the weekend.

Georgia Coach Richt has admitted that penalties have killed his young team. At first he said he liked the agressiveness, but now he has changed that and in practise they are running gassers if they jump offside etc.

If Geogia don't step up and beat down this Vols team I will really be dissapointed in them.

With this much talent Georgia does not lose to teams like Tenn. Not this year.

#1 Team against #5 . I like the excitement of this game.

Mack Brown dies and goes to heaven

God takes Mack around to show him where he will be living in heaven.

Mack sees a really nice 5000 square ft house with nice landscaping, circular driveway, and a Lexus sitting in the driveway. There is a Texas Longhorn flag flying in front of the house.

Mack looks over on top of a mountain and sees a Oklahoma University flag flying in the front lawn. It is a huge mansion and looks to be five times the house Mack will be staying in. There is a Rolls Royce parked in the driveway.

So Mack turns to God and says, why did Bob Stoops get a house like that one ?

God says, thats not Bob Stoops house ,
that is my house.

So apparently God really enjoys getting destroyed every year in bowl games?

The Sooners will give Texas a lot of different looks defensively. Coordinator Brent Venables uses a 3-4 front on some plays and a 4-3 front on others. DE/OLB Jeremy Beal is the hybrid player to monitor, as he's strong enough to play with his hand in the dirt as an end, yet athletic enough to drop off into underneath coverage as an outside linebacker. That versatility up front will make line calls and pre-snap reads very difficult for the Longhorns. The Sooners' linebackers were a question mark coming into the season, but MLB Ryan Reynolds and WLB Travis Lewis have been solid and junior SLB Keenan Clayton is an emerging star. Clayton lacks ideal size at 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds, but he uses his instincts, athleticism and speed to stay off blocks and pursue ball carriers from sideline to sideline.

Careful what you say about Colt McCoy these days.
The video you showed was mostly freshman Colt.

This year's version of Colt is the HGH version.

He is bigger, faster, stronger. I take it you have not seen much of him this year. He has added 30 lbs. He is running over defenders like he is Earl Campbell.

I am a Texas fan and even I am questioning what he is on.

Yeh I seen videos and have watched him once this year.

The big thing to me is that Colt is the best running back Texas has .

Come on man .

He runs on OU like that and he is going to get thumped.

Just dont see it. Colt usually plays crap in this game. Hoping he resorts back to his regular self.

Good luck Scott! There was an Edludes sighting last night! He appeared in someone's MNF thread. Good to know he's still alive. Maybe Palin has reenergized him. She proved someone from Alaska can amount to something.

I am pretty sure OU wins and even covers, but the one chance Texas has is #12.

Like you said, he is their best RB. I was just saying the old Colt shied away from a hit and now he is the one iniciating it.

What the hell are you talking about? McCoy is 1-1 against OU and has played well both years.

This is a ridiculous statement.

McCoy is 1-1 vs OU with these numbers:
30-46 for 432, 4 td passes, 1 int.

Also Colt is 2-0 ATS.

BM: Colt McCoy. Give us your honest assessment.

BON: Colt McCoy seems to be one of those rare athletes who's easy both to overrate and underrate. As is usually the case, the truth is somewhere between the fanboy love and glass-is-empty pessimists. He's definitely a far better playmaker than a lot of people realize, but the one area that I'm concerned with right now is his arm strength and accuracy on the deep ball.

Texas' offense could be a bit of a paper tiger if Colt don't figure out how to stretch the field with the vertical passing game better.

maybe he will just tuck it and run on OU. :scared

Good luck Scott, your KOD plays have historically been on the money. The stats scream for a play on Okie due to the Longhorns poor pass defense. I am more than likely going to pass on this one, as this series has fooled me too many times in the past.
