Ok, I am in pretty good shape but my work schedule and leisure schedule has kept me away from the gym for about 3 months now. Want to try working out from home but I do not want a bo flex or anything like that.
Is it really as good as advertised? I already know that I will not be able to do it everyday. About 5 days a week.
I gather that I need a Pull up bar, dumb bell, and chairs. How is this program on your joints? My knees ache every once in a while and running on a treadmill hurts like a SOB.
I found a site where I can get the program for $79 but I see it being bid on ebay for more than that. Is there 2 different kinds? I didn't notice anything.
