i dont see any evidence in that video to convict anyone....it's grainy footage that's hard to see and very well may have been made in a studio where they filmed us landing on the moon

Unsecured bail by the way. Only has to pay if he does not appear in court. :facepalm:
I'm pretty sure it means it was not secured by property and didn't use the services of a bail bondsman. He pays the $100K upfront and loses it if he doesn't show.
A bail bondsman only requires you post to him 10% but the bondsman guarantees the $100K to the court. If you don't show, he comes and gets your ass.

Now it is out that JoePa started the process of sheilding his assets 4 months ago. There goes the defense of I didnt know. Then why did you give your half of the estate to your wife for $1.
This guy is gutless and now sheilding his funds from the potential lawsuits of victims even makes him that much more of a FUCKING loser.
Also, that sure was nice of Penn St to let him get the record. Now everytime I hear that damn record I will think of this complete waste of space.
