Agent ask me if I use the machines and trailer for personally as well as business use I said I do.That being a truthful response because not only do I use all of it for business but for my home and neighbors landscaping.
Answered every question they had and provided Model and Serial #'s that I had available.
Nationwide Rep. ask me to give her 48 hours to check with the powers that be and would let me know the ruling.
Called me today with the good news.
Cutting me a check for value minus deprecation and then I can submit my new receipts for the difference and a check will be sent to me to cover those additional costs
A million thanks to all the forum members who took the time to wish me well and offer the knowledge on this matter.
I am taking additional Insurance on every damn thing we own and my local Nationwide Agent has assured me that they will work out the additional coverage that is perfectly suited to our needs at an affordable monthly installment.
I leaned some gut wrenching lessons through this whole ordeal.
Lock everything up and stop being so trusting.
Make sure you have the Insurance coverage that gives you the peace of mind of knowing that if your lively hood is snatched away either through injury or theft it is not the end of the world.
