I am already doing the Home games on Poker Stars with some guys at work, but because my work is open 24/7 and guys are working different shifts, a lot of the tourneys we set up are only getting between 4 to 6 maybe 7 people. Mostly 4 or 5.

You can setup tourneys or cash games. I did not set up ours so I don't know if you can control the amounts, but our tourney's have a maximum buy-in of $22.
