Jack, moving my daughter and her fiance to Louisville this weekend, leaving here Friday AM. They have friends moving the heavy stuff, I am just in charge of driving the truck. :0074
On Sunday Angela and I are thinking of either going up to the Indy 500 early or coming to your house for grilling, or going to Horseshoe for a couple days. :shrug:

1. Get a bone in Ribeye.
2. Soak in Jack Daniels.
3. Grill it at 600 degrees for 5 min for both sides.
4. Take off grill and reduce heat to 225 degrees.
5. Grill for 15 min. per side.
6. Take off grill.
7. Drink Jack Daniels and eat your steak.

Country style boneless ribs
Apply dry rub and then seer on each side 2.5 minutes over a HOT grill. Get them in the oven, covered , for 2.5 to 3 hours on 275. Rediculous!!!:00hour

I'll be in Denver - Thursday - Monday.
I will be in the South Burbs Thursday-Sunday then running the Bolder Boulder on Monday.
I'll be staying at the Embassy in the DTC. Playing Lone Tree Golf Course on Friday. Probably Bear Dance Saturday morning, then a graduation party on Saturday, but may be around Thursday night and Friday night in the Tech Center area if possible to meet up for a drink.
