Today was a good day! :00hour We took the kids to church then to walmart. I wanted to get the girls something to make them feel pretty. Aliyah and Kaitlin got sets of earrings and Alexandra picked out a nice purple dress, because she doesn't have her ears pierced yet. And so Joshua didn't feel left out we got him a transformers watch.

My wife suspects that Aliyah may have uti/yeast infection. So we'll be making a dr. appointment for after school tomorrow.

We will also be driving the kids to school and bringing Tony's picture to the principal so they can be on the lookout.

I sincerely hope you are doing well at this point. Take it easy.

Thought of you last night and your family.

Let my daughter lay in bed with me and thought about how amazing children are.

Your children, are some of the best and strongest from what you have shared. Corageous comes to mind.

Continue to move forward and good things will happen.

I am a firm beleiver that good things happen to good people overtime, so stay positive and enjoy your week!

Children are resiliant and they forget things quickly. I will continue to pray for you everyday. See ya around canuck

Talked to victims services today to get the ball rolling on counselling. It turns out that Aliyah doesn't appear to have an infection :00hour but the doc didn't want to traumatize her by examining her. If the symptoms get worse, we'll just go with a round of amoxicillin.

Heading down to the courtroom tomorrow at 0930 PST. And yes, I will be a good boy :SIB

We are praying for judge Morgan to preside over this case as he is well versed in the letter of the law as well as being a hard ass. More charges are being laid tomorrow and our hopes and prayers are that this will be enough to show him as a danger to the community and he will be remanded without bail until trial.

As always all prayers are appreciated :0008

Thank you all :toast:

:

he will get his.

don't know many who have been in prison, but the few I do and from the random stories I have heard, prison doesn't take lightly to those who have messed with a child in any way or manner.

so while you may want to fuckin smash his face, stay calm, and remain a safe distant from him (safe as in don't get yourself in trouble)......your children need ya around daddy!

allow the courts to handle it, and I am sure justice will be served....once he is locked away, make sure everyone in that place knows why he is there....

god bless buddy will talk to ya soon man just letting ya know we are thinking about the family :toast:

I've been thinking of you and you're family. Getting ready to hit the hay and will say a special prayer for you all tonight.

Get a GPS location on Tony and I'll rustle up some fellow Madjackers to join me in giving him the beating he deserves..

GOD BLESS...

Thanks guys :0008

It was just more preliminary crap in court today, the conditions of bail were revised so that the girls names were listed instead of just their initials. No more new charges were laid.

Man the wheel of justice turns slow :sadwave:

The courtroom was so small that there are only 2 benches to sit on. When the case got held over until 130 I got the pleasure of sitting within about 2 arm lengths of this scumbag all afternoon and at one point both bailiffs left the courtroom :scared I can't say I wasn't VERY tempted to measure out justice :SIB

Has anybody heard of the Free Man of the Land? Apparently its a rather large movement and Tony is trying to employ their tactics. I don't have the will to look into this shit. When Tony's turn was up he started pulling shit and the judge made him wait until the end of the day. At the end of the day the Judge apologized for making us wait and the Bailiff stopped us on the way out to thank us for being respectful of the proceedings as it must have been very hard.

Next court date is Jan 22.

"Freemen" believe that statute law is a contract, and that individuals can therefore opt out of statute law, choosing instead to live under what they call "common" (case) and "natural" laws. Under their theory, natural laws require only that individuals do not harm others, do not damage the property of others, and do not use "fraud or mischief" in contracts. They say that all people have two parts to their existence - their body and their legal "person". The latter is represented by their birth certificate; some freeman will claim that it is entirely limited to the birth certificate. Under this theory, a "strawman" is created when a birth certificate is issued, and that this is the entity which is subject to statutory law. The physical self is referred to by a slightly different name, for example "John of the family Smith", as opposed to "John Smith".[1]

I guess this is it? Sounds like a bunch of horse shit to me. Hope this piece of shit is put somewhere where he can never ever do this again.

Wow

Man....as you can see I don't post often but reading this really got to me....by not going after him you proved to be one of the toughest guys I've ever read about because the amount of self-restraint you have is amazing...as a father of a 13month old I cannot imagine what you are going through...I hope all ends well for you and that this sick fucker gets everything he deserves and the guards at the jail are a little slow in coming to save his ass!!!

My heart just aches thinking about you sitting there all day with him. That is just terrible, and I am keeping you in my thoughts all day. While it seems the system really is majorly flawed and taking too much time, it is at least reassuring that the judge and bailiff realize that you are human, and recognize the hardship there.

Things are slowed down now. Talked to victims services and got the application sent away. I'm applying for counselling as well as income assistance.

I think I'm still in shock, and can't even contemplate going back to work yet

I thought Tina and her sister Tammy could use some girl time, so I paid for them to go get their hair done. When Aliyah got home she cried pretty hysterically. Maybe too much change  I don't know.

My wife and I meet with the kids counselor on Friday morning and we've been referred for counselling ourselves. Brain is mush these days can't remember ANYTHING for more than a minute, so I write anything I need to remember on my iphone :mj07:

Thanks for all of the support guys :0008

Man.... I think about u often and keep u in my prayers. I've been wanting to post something for several days now, and I haven't bc I didn't want to be intrusive. I decided to go ahead and do it.

I know how the justice system works and too many times, scumbags like this are let off. Prosecutors don't care, and these cases are hard to prove. I know you have already posted your disappointment in a few of the processes.

You are a spiritual praying man. Im hoping you can give this over to God fully, because if you don't and this guy gets off, you will kill him. You will be consumed with rage, hate, and anger, and you will kill him. You can't let that happen. Give it to God fully (much easier said than done!!).

I'm staying positive and hoping for a nice long prison sentence for this pervert. Also praying for your strength. I'm not saying u should forgive him though. I don't think I ever could do that, and I wouldn't expect that from anyone.
