I was actually being sarcastic. . . I know LSU has a decent defense. . . I just believe ASU's offense is exceptional which is why I picked them in the first place. Guess we'll see how this one ends!

ASU was not picked to finish #1 or #2 in the Pac 10. LSU was in the "mighty" SEC. LSU needed to hang with ASU. ASU deserves to lose. Special teams is important and that fawked up. Blame the coach!

Remember, the SEC is vastly superior to the Pac 10! NOBODY FORGET THAT!

ND will see a sophisticated offense on Oct. 15. Scratch that. AN NFL OFFENSE! :mj07:

WOW SEC REFS just screwed ASU out of a PI in the END ZONE. WOW!

LSU paid off refs and ASU special teams.


I guess in the SEC you are allowed to push the WR in th endzone before the ball arrives. THAT IS TOUGH SEC FOOTBALL! Damn SEC refs.

Did ASU score 31pts against the #1 pre-season SEC defense?

If USC allowed ASU to score over 30pts, USC defense would be called WEAK and SOFT! Even if USC scored 60pts and ASU scored 30pts.

I am loving this. These SEC honks at MJ's are redfaced! :)

IT IS ABOUT TIME YOU RESPECT THE PAC 10!

The joker who has never been wrong about USC and told everyone 3 years ago Carroll was building a dynasty. I was laughed at. This joker got the last laugh! :mj07:

Playing @ND will be tough! I'll be at the game. But its going to cost me $300 ticket. :(

how good is the asu offense? keller mentioned in the pre season he thought they could compete with usc.... however, i think asu's run def is not good enough to deal with usc.

however, nickle great call on the game. if lsu somehow scores last it will not change the fact that asu was the play. no one can accurately cap the special teams bs - unless we are talking about the Ravens....

Alabama was the correct call today, due to the stupid pick and terrible punt coverage the cover was blown....

i am very impressed with the play of geller and the catches made by several of his receivers.

USC will score over 40 on ASU. Can ASU score that many? YES! It is up to the USC defense to hold opponents under 30pts. Anything higher than 30pts USC must win in a shootout. But USC is prob. the best rushing and passing team in the country. We all know USC has the best DC in the country and USC defense is young but very talanted. USC is vulnerable 1st 4+ games of season. After that USC turns into a machine because all the stud freshman are experienced and Carroll fixed all problems.

If USC defense struggles against Arkansas, I think USC will lose to either Oregon or ASU. Mark it down.

Koetter is an idiot. WHY ARE COACHES AFRAID TO BLITZ? WHY LET THOSE SUPER FAST/TALENTED WR's OF LSU RUN AROUND ALL DAY? IDIOT!

ASU deserves to lose and LSU was outplayed badly.

I was wondering the same thing Scott. . . it was like ASU was conceding the first down to LSU on 4th down. Definitely not winning football IMO.
