Wine is perhaps the only thing I know more about than football
so, my cardiologist tells me that drinking red wine can improve my low HDL and suggests I do so.
I know nothing about it, and have no idea if I even like it (highly doubtful).
Any suggestions on what kind to get? :mj06: :mj07:
I'm sure 6'5'' will find this post most helpful.
Clint: Goto the store and get some Yellow Tail Cabernet (either the red label or purple label). It is cheap, but is pretty good for the money. Drink a small glass with your dinner and a glass of water. The taste will grow on you, but this will help you get through that "tough love" stage.
1. Do not refrigerate it, even after opening.
2. It will go bad after a couple days. Won't make you sick, but the taste will get bitter on you.
thanks for the tips! I'll see what I can find here in 'vette city.:toast:
you might be better off getting a new cardiologist
