it has something to do with the person giving a good or bad and their reputation level and their number of posts im pretty sure...

So it sounds to me like if you get a green or red card from some one with more rep points/posts then it's worth more whereas if you get the same from a person woth bad rep it's worth less...
If above is correct, and I'm just guessing here, it would make sense that when you get a green card from a guy with bad or no reputation it just shows up as a neutral blueish-grey card.

I guess I gave out so many reds 4 years ago, that now even when I try to give approval greens they are just blue.

It must of been when I called 65 a deer cockswallower that has faded me for all these years.

Back to red card, lol!! It's not on my user cp anymore, but u called me something like a squirrel cock sucker or something?? B4 we knew who was giving out the red cards, u would give them to everybody. When jack changed the option so u could c who left it, u practically dissappeared! U used to have that Nebdaska avatar I think?
