not sure how it will end peacefully at this point. Putin is all about flexing his muscles and looking tough. backing down and basically admitting he was wrong for being there would make him look weak and what not to his people. not something he wants I imagine.

Totally agree with you. Whatever happens Russia will lose in the long run. I also do not have an faith in the UN,EEU putting a lid on it, the US should keep a low profile for now.

She said that Putin went into Georgia and President Obama didn't retaliate so what's to prevent Putin from attacking the Ukraine or some other border country next. That is tantamount to saying, if Peyton Manning retires the Broncos won't win the super bowl next year. Great fucking insight, huh? How the fuck is it a huge problem for us as a sovereign nation? If Obama does nothing, conservatives will bash him, if he attacks, conservatives will bash him. Palin is a complete idiot.
