Aikman said it was a terrible call and he played offense back in the day...........No wonder all kinds of offensive records are being set.......The defenses can't hit anybody without a penalty being called...........

please even the announcers said it was a b.s. call... the ball was tipped and the receiver got a hand on it.... not sayin he would have caught it, but the defender had every right to make the clean hit.... not helmet to helmet, a clean hit. bunch of pussies in the NFL lately
I want Carolina to win BUT that was easily a penalty...It was a cheap shot on a receiver and the idiot deserved a penalty....We all know the rules now days.

Ok, so you have a problem with the rule. That has nothing to do with the call. The call was the right one. If you want to be mad be mad at that personal foul just called.
The penalty for unnecessary roughness never would have come into play if that dumb mook would have just laid off. It had nothing to do with the play.
Same with the head butt personal foul just called. The refs can't call it if the Panthers don't put themselves in those positions. Terribly undisciplined for a post season game.

It is fine to have money on a game and want calls to go your way(which I hope is what is happening here), but if you truly believe that a tipped ball gives defenders the right to blindside a receiver that has no opportunity at the ball then you are just not very bright. I am on the same team you are, but that doesn't blind me to the fact you can not do that.
