It was $153.....then I looked at the breakdown.

Usage $60
Delivery charge $90

WTF is going on here??? I think I've paid for those wires a hundred times over!

I think something was wrong with the upstairs unit. It never shut off and wouldn't get the temp to 75 degrees. Downstairs had no trouble keeping it at 72. Granted, heat rises but something had to be wrong.

A couple from India bought the house and when I drove by last week with temps in the 90's they had the windows open :scared

Finished ~ 4800 to finished ~ 3400 but using a finished basement for 1 BR and my office instead of 2 extra BR's and a family room on the 2nd floor of the old house.

I should easily cut it to the low 200's or high 100's keeping it at 72 :shrug:
