so my brother goes fishing yesterday

beautiful day, takes the day off to do some fishing and getting some relaxation.

as always, he takes his best friend with him, a 5th generation, show dog, doberman. hey, they're best buds.

btw, this dog is 140 pounds and a big baby lapdog. one of the most friendly dogs you would ever meet. he wouldn't hurt a fly, period.

so they're fishing on a pond at a local farm. about 45 minutes into their fun notice 3 people coming over to them. as the 3 people get closer he notices that 2 are cops (1 male, 1 female) and a farmer type.

the dog, friendly as always, runs over to say hi to the folks stopping by. as the dog approaches the group, wagging his tail, the farmer blows him away when he gets about 5 feet away. 12 gauge shotgun to the head. dead immediately.

HOLY SHIT! WHAT DID HE DO? NOTHING? WHY? WHY? WHY? MY DOG, MY BABY, MY FRIEND. WHY?

farmer said the dog was growling, but the cops confirm he wasn't and the dog was not even looking at the farmer, he was going up to the female cop to be pet.

anyway, long story short, he was tresspassing and there's nothing he can do to the ****ing farmer legally.

while its tempting to to take matters into your own hands with something like this, i'm sure that your brother wouldn't want to do something that he will regret later on....but maybe he can bring a civil lawsuit against the guy. there are plenty of lawyers here who would be able to tell you if a lawsuit is realistic...

yeah...if the cops & the farmer were going to inform your bother that he was trespassing, you would think that the cops would have fore-sight & tell the farmer not to bring his gun...if i were your brother i would definitely talk to an attorney who is up on georgia law.

If I remember correctly your brother has been through a lot this year. Sorry to hear about some asswipe making it worse. I hope this farmer's ass finds the sticky end of his pitchfork. This really angers me and maybe we can come up with some payback when we are able to think rationally.

The toughest part would have been not murdering this **** sucker right in front of 2 cops, but waiting for the moment a year from now when you can find the guy alone somewhere, tie him up and rip his fingernails and teeth out with pliers, before sandblasting all his skin off, covering him in rubbing alcohol and burning him to death.
