Here
he's got a lawyer that thinks they have a good case against the cops for letting the guy carry a gun with them to run my brother off the property.

Good because they should get the blame no way they should let someone carry a loaded weapon under them circumstances.

Ok,,,,,,,

I have to chime in again.......

I am not sure as to why?

Is it the over-whelming response to kiss Jack,s ass ?

Or the patheic response to some animal.

Let me explain...

U see folks as much as u see it as a bad thing I see as a good thing.......U see Jack's brother still has his life.

Yea yea yea minus one dog but he is still living.

U still as long as teh people except the "stupid" laws that are in place and the fact that every "American" is owed something, then crap like this will continue.

You see I have no idea why the farmer came with the police?

As U backwoods , uneducated hillbillys know, shoot first ask questions later.

If I were such farmer and someone was TRESPASSING on my property, well shoot both of them. Fisherman and his dog.

U see I love how sooooooooooo many people get outraged for aniamls,,,, we and I mean WE have no idea what that dog was going to do,,,,, yea I know sweetest thing , man's best friend yea yea yea.

bottom line , dog and owner was not permitted to be on such land ........period.

And as long as u NRA card carrying members support such crap then this shit will happen.

As I stated , the fisherman got off with a warning.

U see this all spins back to the incident in TEXAS where the nieghbor killed 2 robbers outside his home,,,,,,,,why because he was protected under some dumbass law to do so...

Noboby wants to go to the defense of such robbers, because "WE" knew exactly what was thier intentions, to steal. right.

is it worth thier lives ,,,,,,,,,,who cares they are dead, and is was perfectly legal.

now back to the dog.........or perdona me.....animal..

does anyone really know what the intention of the dog was.......I sure as hell dont.

So in closing, as long as you have laws to permit the stupid to have guns .....WELL.

BTW i DONT

this post touched the gamut of emotions for me in a way no post here ever has.

1) I don't see anybody kissing Jack's ass?

2) agree, and I have posted before; there's always much more outrage over an animal dieing that a human being. I think our culture has really taken a nosedive in this area. As much as we love our pets, they are NOT equivalent to human beings.

3) That said, I have a great love for pets, namely dogs and cats, and I think this was a terrific waste and very wrong.

4) backwoods, uneducated hillbillys? :mj10: :liar: maybe this guy was, but please, the generalizations I see perpetuated by some on this site and elsewhere are really tiresome. Anybody who does this is the moron. So cliche, and so ironic that you and others don't see that.

5) trespassing is a huge sore spot for me, and I can't stand trespassers on my property. I would never dream of shooting a person or even their dog for trespassing though. Where would you get your gun though, Padre, to shoot them since you are obviously so anti-gun? Where's your aforementioned value for human life that you would shoot a fellow person for fishing on your land without permission?

6) anti-NRA now? Again, where do you get your gun to shoot them? When did the NRA ever support trespassing? What a moronic attempt at a point.

7) glad you have self excluded yourself from having a gun (I guess you are grouping yourself with 'the stupid').

congratulations, Padre. I'm sure no person on this whole website feels completely as you do. Hope nobody ever pisses on you when you're at a low point like you have here.

i couldn't hear him on the phone just now. only about half (can you hear me now?)

he's got a lawyer that thinks they have a good case against the cops for letting the guy carry a gun with them to run my brother off the property. something like that. i'll talk to him again tomorrow.

I hate it when phones do that.

Any more updates yet? I called the Fulton Co Sheriff (404)730-5100 and talked to two different people who said they didn't know any thing about this incident. Since it was on a farm it made me think it wouldn't be handled by ATL PD. Was it another law enforcement agency that was investigating the first time?

I will defer to Mahatma Gandhi:

?The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated?
