this problem was solved..

sometimes best just to let what is best be just that..

On the course!
I am obviously not a leftist, yet am not afraid to admit that were are resented globally

I know a lot of people who "hate" the family who lives in the $2.75M house on the outside of town, and drives the $100,000 cars.

I would give the govt every dollar I have contributed towards SS today in return for not taking it out of my check from this point forward and not owing me any money at retirement.

you probably havnt been paying in for that many years to just give it up.

See here is the thing about this. The goverment didnt give us a choice in the matter.

They said to us young ppl , pay into Soc Sec and we will take care of you in your later years of retirement. We will give you back the money you paid in to live on.

There was no here are 3 choices . You let us take it out. You take it and save it. Or you can invest it and have the money grow for you.

No . All they did was steal from it.

Use the money for something else

Fawk them

Talk about a revolution. Illum will be one popular mutha because we will have to take back what is ours. Dont fawk with silver hairs who are pissed.

I feel the same way. Unfortunately we do not have that option.

If I remember correctly from my last statement, I have been paying into SS since 1982 when I was 15.

http://www.digitalspy.com/movies/news/a247925/captain-america-film-wont-be-jingoistic.html

if anyone had forgotten that patriots aren`t good people, the hollywood crew will remind us....

maybe call him "capt. land mass west of europe"?

you can`t make this stuff up...the academics start shoving it down our chidren`s throats before they learn to tie their shoes...

that`s why you see so many younger indoctinees in here.... "useful idiots"...critical thinking nowhere to be found...they are extensions of their ex-hippie/left wing teachers and professors...

The killer in all these future equations is for generations it has always been the 80/20 rule
--80% of population carried the other 20%

We now have only half of population footing the bill.

Will be interesting in coming years when voting majority will be non tax payers dictating policy to the tax payers.

Here we go again, blaming the "academics" for the problems of the world.

The interesting part is that it comes from someone who evidently contends that academics are not taught - en masse - how to critically think about an issue. And I suppose the tangent that person would then draw is that non-academics (you're either one or not, right?) are the only people that can think critically about an issue.

The one line I can draw (since apparently I am unable to think critically about this or anything else...) is that would seem to be a very far right way of thinking. Essentially this would represent: "My way is the only way to really think about this issue that makes any sense, because I'm a critical thinker..."
