On the course!
Tampa or Sarasota:0074

I'm in Sarasota right now. It's fucking Toby hot. They haven't a drop of rain in ages down here.

My mom has a pool, though....and I can watch the Ray's beat up my Brewers, so it's ok.

Oh, and I don't think they've ever seen a hurricane down this way in the 25 years they've been here.

As long as you can handle the dip-shit drivers down here, everything else is a snap!

Flagler sounds about right for you. U have TPC in Jacksonville which is about a 30 min drive and u have the Daytona 500 in Daytona which is about a 30 min drive. Jacksonville has the Jags . Winters are easy:0074 Only thing u would have to worry about is hurricanes which are very overrated:0003

No, New orleans is not the murder/crime capital. New Orleans ranks 34th in large cities in violent crime rate behind the following list of cities....

St louis
Detroit
Memphis
Oakland
Baltimore
Buffalo
Cleveland
KC
Washington DC
Philly
Indy
Cincy
Miami
Chicago
Atlanta
Nashville
Houston
Minneapolis
Milwaukee
Boston
Pitt
OK City
Sacramento
Anchorage
Wichita
Dallas
Jacksonville

That's because most of the murderers were shipped to Houston after Katrina.

N.O. is a nice place to visit but not somewhere you want to live (for most people that arent' from there).

So far, so good on the hurricanes here. I think the last one was in 1960. If you live on or near the water, it doesn't get too damn hot due to the breeze.:0074 There is no better place in the US during winter. Lightning, Bucs, and Rays all fielding fine squads. Seafood, golf, fishing/boating, man I love it here!!!

Houston lacks charm and character. It is a sprawling suburbia. I can take it for a weekend at a time, but no more.

Yes. After Katrina, we loaded up all of the violent prisoners in buses and sent them to that endless pit of interstate highways and service roads.

Police in Houston late last year noticed an increase in homicides. At the time, they downplayed the potential role of Hurricane Katrina evacuees. Now, the Houston Police Department says hurricane survivors were at least partly responsible for the spike in violence.

Were I an inept law enforcement official in a violent crime-ridden suburban nightmare of a city, i, too, would look to pass the buck:0074

yep...I live in Pearland, about 20 miles south of Houston. Its too hot and humid here, wish I lived somewhere it was colder sometimes, there are some top notch strip clubs here :SIB and good hospitals
