Ari182-I'm with you and the Wright brother on this one.Watch'em all with the sound off and narate 'em on your own.I had the same reaction as Madjack,told my wife all MNF starting 2006 is muted all the time.He's a jackass,Theissman.Its kinda the same thing I feel about Bill Walton:In their sports carreers each were players of admirable character and great acheivement.They had stone nuts.Thiessman returned punts on the Redskins while waiting to get the chance to play at QB.Who would think of a QB doing that today?Walton dominated nearly every college game he played in that counted,was sooo much better than the competition,blocking shots,scoring,passing,leading,winning 88 in a row.It is a freakin' shame each of these guys are hated as "announcers".This seems such a pity that what they were great at athletically is tarnished by working in TV and us getting to know them too much.Familiarity breds contempt.I'll bet we wouldn't have liked Babe Ruth as an announcer(if he'd have stayed sober enough to try it.)At least theisman could play.Paul McGuire is a joke.The rant he went on a few years ago during a Seattle/Minn game about the only place that should be allowed to sell Buffalo Wings being Buffalo was priceless.They were doing an intake with a Seattle cook doing some sauteed wings,(not the traditional method)and Paul went nuts for what seemed like two minutes.At the end of it,Patrick admonished him with"Awww,don't be that way!!!"
