I dont know why everyone hates Walton. I like him as an announcer and he isnt afraid to tell the truth either. I think people are more annoyed by the sound of his voice versus what is actually coming out
I don't dislike him (Walton) as an annoucer,its just that so many others do and I think its a shame a player so great as he was,to be reviled by so many for his performance at something as trivial in comparison as "announcing" is to basketball greatness.Anyone remember Bill Russells announcing stint?It made Walton sound like a genius in comparison.So what?You only get to great at one thing, how unlucky.
