They really miss Casey Hampton too. Huge noseguard that always got a push and occupied 2 blockers. The fact that they ignored the secondary in the draft forces Troy to play cb which is hard to watch.
we had the pick of any rb in the draft with our second round pick(they were all still on the board) and we decided on Jernigan......he may be a solid player down the road but I sure would have liked to see carlos hyde in our backfield this year given our rb issues.....
Dont know about that. Their offense will keep them in alot of games. The defense will come around but they are not ready to make a run in the playoffs. But then again neither are the Ravens. This is the Bengals division until they get beat.
This league has taken the defenseless wr bullshit to a new level. Fuckin unreal. Both Ravens td drives aided by bullshit calls.:facepalm:
I don't totally disagree. However, if defenders simply preformed a standard form tackle like we were all taught in Pop Warner and High School then they would have nothing to worry about.
Square up, breakdown, slide the head, wrap up around the waist and drive your legs through the tackle.
These idiots are trying to "blow the play up" and end up hurting the Off player or themselves.
Its an easy fix really. :shrug:
