It won't matter, if Vick sniffs the field that means Ben is hurt. Which will end the season right there.
I find it hard to believe there isn't anyone else out there worthy to backup. I'd rather see Landry throw in... I'm more ill that Pouncey is done.

at Ben's age and no bye til week 11 they better have somebody do mop up duty..

I didn`t think landry looked like a disaster.....he`s green but that`s a given...he`s tall,has a big arm and there are much worse naturally talented back-ups around the league... and you have leveon ball and deangelo Williams to lean on if the passing game gets hinky....
then again,i`m not seeing landry everyday in practice..
I agree, it's not like Vick will salvage the season if Ben goes down. Why not give the young kid the keys. We all know how good Vick is, Landry is a question mark.
And yes Old School the pass rush and secondary will shorten my life this year.
