Stephen A Smith crushes Jay Cutler

Old news and when Cutler was asked about it he responded by saying "Who's Stephen Smith, who does he play for?" "Who did he play for?" "Did he coach?" When the answer was he never played anywhere, Cutler said "why would I or anyone care then?"
That's my reply, why would anyone care what he says because I certainly don't.

most of the coaches in the NFL have never even played in the league. I don't get how not having played or coached discredits his opinion, especially when it is pretty spot on. and by that standard, we should not care what anyone posts on here unless it is their profession. I am pretty sure Mel Kiper Jr never played football or coached anywhere, and he is a pretty well respected analyst.

Cutler sucks. His response is that of a simpleton. At most, very few reporters played in NFL football. I guess pro football focus, pro football talk and the NFL wings of ESPN, SI, CBS should quit.

Stephen A takes heat from peers, but he breaks stories with the besr if them and I love his political/societal takes.

Cutler catches a lot of heat. I have always liked him because I think he's an above average QB with a mediocre (at best) supporting cast in his team. Sure, he has a few weapons like Forte, but not much else. The rest of the team leaves much to be desired (especially recently in the past few years). Remember, Cutler plays with Type 1 diabetes and he plays well. He throws accurately and has one hell of an arm. Just my two cents...
