ACTC :scared

I just bought more at .15

Damn shame I didn't take some of the huge profits but I'm still over double and committed. I'm staying until the news next year or .08. I won't take a loss on this from original buyin.

Damn!

At least the bleeding stopped today and ACTC picked up nearly 2 cents :toast:

ICO kicked some ass :0074

Decent day for SNDK too.

Sold my ASTM last week, Lance.

I'm stuck .25 on F with 2000 shares and stuck on EXAS as well.

That dip the last 5-6 days on ACTC was a bitch, but maybe we're back on the upward track.

Good luck!

I made a little off ACTC a year or so ago and then gave up on it. You have obviously kept up with it. What are your realistic expectations short and long term. I might jump back in with ya:SIB BTW your opinion has zero responsability for anything I do:toast:

There's a ton of information out there if you look.

Maybe start here with this newer update of everything going on now.

http://www.thechairmansblog.com/wil...from-interim-chairman-and-ceo-gary-rabin.html

I stuck with it because it was nearly 4 cents and I basically had given up. I should have taken some profits at 26 cents and was stupid for not doing so but I pretty much decided this is for the long haul.

Here's their website:

http://www.advancedcell.com

The next time it gets over 25 cents I'm taking my $25K out and letting the rest ride. That said, I just bought 50,000 more shares yesterday :D
so it's around $32K

I'm hoping they get some approvals, cure some eye diseases and make me a rich man in 5 years or less. :0008

There are shit piles of day traders now and lots of shady shorting going on. Lot's of crooks standing around with this penny stock. Just be careful. I think they have a real product and going with it myself.

:toast:

I am no expert, that's for sure and have been making some high risk plays but it's been paying off so far. Hopefully it continues.

I will read some more of the links later, but in skimming through it looks like a boom or bust. If they could just get a couple of their projects through though you would think it would shoot through the roof:scared Going to look it over more, but I think I might just buy some for the long term and forget about it. I am not in a position to be able to trade during the day so thats out of the question. Thanks:toast:

It appears to have been GOOD NEWS :D

Advanced Cell Technology Secures $25 Million Funding CommitmentLast update: 12/31/2010 9:40:00 AMCompany Now Virtually Debt-Free, and In Best Financial Position in its 16-Year History MARLBOROUGH, Mass., Dec 31, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. ("ACT"; OTCBB: ACTC), a leader in the field of regenerative medicine, announced today that it has entered into a $25 million non-convertible stock purchase agreement with Socius CG II, Ltd. , a subsidiary of Socius Capital Group ("Socius"). Socius, based in New York and Los Angeles, has an impressive record of making investments in emerging life sciences companies. Under the agreement, ACT may sell up to 2,500 shares of non-convertible Series C Preferred Stock to Socius over a two-year period. On closing, Socius purchased 400 shares of Series C Preferred for an aggregate purchase price of $4 million. Proceeds will be used for clinical activities, including the Phase I/II trial for Stargardt's Disease, a potential clinical trial for Dry Age-Related Macular Degeneration and general corporate purposes. ACT expects to end the year with approximately $15 million in cash and equivalents, and less than $1 million of debt. The Company recently strengthened its balance sheet by selling 750 shares of non-convertible Series B Preferred Stock to Optimus Life Sciences Capital Partners, LLC under a previously announced $10 million Preferred Stock transaction. ACT also eliminated more than $10 million of indebtedness through conversions and settled more than $10 million of other liabilities. "The Company enters 2011 in its strongest financial position ever," said Gary Rabin, ACT's Interim Chairman and CEO. "Through a combination of the cash on hand and ability to sell Socius additional Preferred Stock, we believe we have the financial resources to take our lead program in Stargardt's Disease, a form of juvenile macular degeneration, well into clinical development and to move our program for treating Dry Age-Related Macular Degeneration through the clinic if we receive FDA clearance. Less than one year ago, the Company was significantly in debt and lacked the financial resources to take even one program through the clinic. Today, we are essentially debt-free and have the financial ability to move both of our promising programs through the clinic. We believe 2011 will be a year filled with exciting developments as we begin to get data from these programs." The Company intends to file a Registration Statement covering the resale of the common stock issuable upon the exercise of the warrants and Additional Investment Right in connection with the offering. Additional details regarding the financing are included in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 30, 2010 by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
