The only drink I'll have prior to that dinner is a Bloody Mary with Bart around 5am Friday morning. Maybe two. :0008

You enjoy yourself! We'll have a great time out there!

Thanks for the better weather outlook than I found! I'll go with that one.

Just saying that the Craft restaurant in Atlanta we gave 2 chances to and each time it was not good. Needless to say we were not the only ones that felt that way and Colichio closed it down after 2 years. Not a fan, but its all about comraderie. Jack, have you heard from Woody and is he hanging with us for dinner at least or is he not coming now?

It's still early enough to amend things I would think. You're a man about town.......toss a joint in the mix!

It doesn't even have to be a big name place does it? Steak joints in Vegas are a dime a dozen, and a $15 piece of meat can only be prepared so many ways. It just depends on whose name you want the $50-$150 price tag on for that piece of meat.

Gallagher's Steakhouse gets good reviews. That's at NY/NY, right across the street from MGM.

I've only heard good things about the place.

No, haven't heard from Woody or Haskell. I guess they both have something else planned? Not going to bug them about it, maybe they show?

I'm pumped.

The place we eat doesn't matter to me, I just want the reservations in.

Make up your minds, folks.

Seriously, I don't really care. I just picked that one because I read a really good review yesterday in a Vegas Trip Report.

I also heard only good about Delmonicos at The Venetian and I didn't like it at all.

Jack, sorry should not have made my opinion on here on Craft. Different city, different restaurant. My bad. We are in regardless.

Also, have you heard of the El Cortez in old Vegas that has the more "loose" slots supposedly per Angela which she enjoys? You mentioned playing Video Poker in old Vegas, and we have never been in that part but definitely want to this trip.

No problem where we eat. Seriously.

You've never been downtown?

LET'S DO IT! How's Saturday sound?

Can't think of the casino right now but I can walk to it or when I see it I'll know. Anyway, they have some BJ tables that pay on 5 card charlie, can double down on the 3rd or 4th card, can hit after splitting Aces and a couple other neat things. Plus, the slots and VP do have better payouts.

Ah, it's The Las Vegas Club. :0074

All entr?es are served with a choice of four side dishes, and a vegetable of the day.
Top of Binion's Steakhouse also offers a grand wine selection to compliment any entr?e choice. Top of Binion's Steakhouse is Vegas' best kept secret by the locals. Be sure to make your reservations to share in this incredible dining experience.

Let's do this then. My taste buds are not gourmet. I just want a decent steak, and a lobster tail. No sense breaking the bank if we each put $200 on a hand of blackjack and lose, and then have to pay $200 a person for dinner. OUCH!

If everyone is good with Binion's, you can get the same bang for about a hundy each, give or take, so if we lose $100 on the table, and $100 on the meal, it's still only $200, and that shouldn't ding anyone too much I wouldn't think. (JMO)

I like downtown!

Binions sounds great too. Your choice on reservations, anyplace will be perfect. Others can chime in as well. Is Gmroz coming down to our area at all or not? Hope he can meet us for dinner as well.

He's been quiet lately, but he said he was in.
