That LINE of -7 had ECU written all over it. A #8 team against a little ECU team and giving only 7? That IS SO FISHY that it made it easy to see what the books saw....... ECU's QB sneak on their own 40...the guy lost 3 yards and then the RB pushes him and he still doesn't get it. But they give the 1st down. That was the biggest play of the game.

Goes from 7-0 and WVA having a very short field to 10-0. Huge. ECU is dominating but that changed the game a lot.
