I grew up talking and listening about politics from my parents, we had yard signs out each election, watched the nightly news, talked about it around the dinner table, my friends and I have a text group where we send memes, trade thoughts, like our own private Facebook text group, it gets heated on there sometimes and we are all best friends, we see each other a few times a year for different functions and it never gets mentioned. My wife and I don't talk politics I get too emotional, her family never talked about politics when she grew up :lol: I'm from Texas and ultra Conservative, that is not going to change anytime soon

I'm definitely Not a bible thumper at all, I'm for lower business taxes, lower personal taxes, I'm for 10 percent taxes across the board no matter how much you make, lower property taxes, a balanced budget, traditional marriage, on abortion it's up to the individual but the government shouldn't pay for it, legalize weed and tax the hell out of it, most powerful military in the world
