I still don't get it.... Woods is hurt inside the vehicle.... so his wife smashes the BACK window and drags him all the way through the back...

The most likely scenario is, while he was driving away, his wife smashed the back window of the Escalade and THEN he was startled and crashed.

In fact, I'd bet this is exactly the case. The rest of the story does not add up.

Tiger shows up late lets say around 130 AM from a flight. He is just getting back in town.

Unbeknownst to him the wife has got wind of the affiar allegations in Austrailia. Tiger orobably is aware of the coming tidal wave. As he walks in his wife attacks him with claws out and scratchs the holy shit out of his face, all the while screaming like a total scorned woman.

Tiger grabs his Escalade keys and runs out the door. As he is backing down the driveway here she comes sideways beating on the car with one of his prize golf clubs.

She smashs the back window in and Tiger turns to see wtf , she may be shooting at him.

Next thing fire hydrant. blam, next thing tree, blam blam

Hits head on windshield and is KO

As wife sits with his head in her lap she is thinking, wait a minute, this is the cash cow I got here. Let me help him.

After he hits the tree he has flopped around without his seatbelt. He is thrown into the back seat. Just then the Nanny appears. She is on Elin side and knows the details. She yells at the nanny to help her drag Tigers ass out through the back,
