EXCLUSIVE: DAVID BOREANAZ CAUGHT CHEATING! LONG-TIME GIRLFRIEND REVEALED!

Rachel Uchitel
Yup! HitDanBack can confirm exclusively that although David Boreanaz and his wife, actress Jaime Bergman just had their second child, Bardot Vita (the couple?s son, Jaden Rayne is 7), apparently, David?s been having a long-term affair? Yikes!

Here?s a recent photo of the Bones star?s longtime girlfriend, NYC stunner, Rachel Uchitel! David was, allegedly, going out once a month and talking/texting Uchitel up to 50 times a day. He allegedly told her, ?I?ve never had sex with my wife like I have with you?!

Oh boy? This has gotta be a realllly shitty day at the Boreanaz house?

More to come!

How many guys is this girl banging?

The celebrity news website TMZ.com ? which broke the death of Michael Jackson ? reported that investigators believe Woods may have sustained at least some of his injuries before getting in the car. A friend of the star told TMZ how Woods told him his wife had "gone ghetto". Even the august financial organ that is The Wall Street Journal weighed in, reporting details of a 911 call made by a neighbour who told the operator that he "wanted help" and said "there's a man on the ground". The recording shows that Woods appeared to be unconscious but breathing as he lay beside his black Cadillac Escalade. Police arrived at 2.33am.

An unusually sober John Daly gets it right for once...

SYDNEY, Australia -- John Daly says he doesn't want to know the details about Tiger Woods' late-night car accident.

Daly, the two-time major champion who has had his share of explaining to do in an often troubled career, said Monday he just wants Woods fit and back on the tour.

"I don't really care what happened between Tiger and ... whatever happened. I'm just glad he's OK," said Daly, preparing for the Australian Open. "We need him, probably more than anybody on the tour, to keep things going, the way the economy is.

"Tiger's the biggest asset the tour's had in a long, long time," he said. "Whatever happened, as long as he's OK that's all that matters.

"Golf needs him badly ... no doubt."

Tiger Woods cancels tournament appearance

(CNN) -- Tiger Woods has canceled plans to attend his own golf tournament in California because of injuries he suffered near his Florida home early Friday, the pro golfer said in a statement Monday.

"I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week," Woods said of the Chevron World Challenge in California. "I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I'm very sorry that I can't be there."

Woods suffered minor injuries in a vehicle accident early Friday in his luxury neighborhood near Orlando, Florida, according to a police accident report.

Woods is a four-time winner of the tournament, which helps raise money for Tiger Woods Foundation programs.

Also Monday, state police in Florida said they will continue investigating the wreck even though Woods has declined to speak to them about it.

On Sunday, Woods canceled for the third time a meeting between himself and investigators to get his side of what happened when he pulled out of his driveway in his Orlando neighborhood about 2:25 a.m. Friday in a 2009 Cadillac SUV and struck a fire hydrant, then a tree.

In a statement issued Sunday afternoon on his Web site, Woods offered no details of his wreck except to say he had cuts and bruises and was "pretty sore."

"This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me," he said. "I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again."

Last week, a story in the National Enquirer alleged that Woods has been seeing a New York nightclub hostess. The Associated Press contacted the woman and reported that she denied having an affair with Woods.

The 33-year-old golf phenomenon has won the Masters tournament and the PGA tournament each four times, as well as three U.S. Open Championships.

A police report said the wreck was not alcohol-related. State troopers have asked to question him three times about the wreck, but he canceled the third scheduled interview on Sunday, Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes told CNN.

"We have been informed by the Florida Highway Patrol that further discussion with them is both voluntary and optional," said Woods' agent Mark Steinberg, in a written statement. "Although Tiger realizes that there is a great deal of public curiosity, it has been conveyed to FHP that he simply has nothing more to add and wishes to protect the privacy of his family."

Under Florida law, Woods must show his license, registration and proof of insurance to police, but is not obligated to give a statement on the crash. His attorney Mark NeJame handed over the required documents to the troopers Sunday at Woods' home, Montes said.

Opinion: Tiger Woods is only human

NeJame told CNN he stood by Woods' statement and had no further comment.

"If we're unable to meet with him, we'll move on with our investigation," Montes said. But she called the delays "very unusual, because it's such a minor accident."

State highway patrol vehicles were seen entering Woods' subdivision Sunday afternoon, though they left less than an hour later.

Investigators had sought possible surveillance tapes of the accident from neighbors, but none were found, Montes said.

Toobin: Why Tiger Woods may not be talking

In his statement, Woods praised his wife Elin Nordegren, saying she "acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble." Nordegren told police she used a golf club to break out the rear window of the vehicle, then pulled Woods from the SUV after she heard the accident from inside their home.

"This is a private matter, and I want to keep it that way." And he added, "The only person responsible for the accident is me."

Woods and his wife have two children, a 2-year-old and a baby born in February.

I am tired of people saying just leave him alone as he has a right to some privacy.
That is lame. He is the most recognized athlete and maybe celeb in the world and he is hiding something. I would say leave him alone as well if he was not being so shady about the situation.
People who lie to the public for a coverup get treated this way all the time and Tiger is no different. Ask Pete Rose or Roger Clemens who their life was after lying to the public.
Rumors he may have been DUI on pain pills, it is said he had no shoes on which is illegal to drive in Fla without. Rumors his house has security cameras everywhere you turn.
The longer he keeps police away the easier to backtrack and clean all this up.

I have always loved watching Tiger as he makes the game enjoyable but the lmore he covers up and dodges police, the more respect will be lost from myself and Joe Public.
He is trying to protect an image more that protect a family in my opinion.

Also look at the pictures of the wreck on TMZ:

http://photos.tmz.com/galleries/tiger_woods_crash_scene#tab=most_recent&id=57011

It is pretty clear she struck the backside driver window with the club causing the glass to shatter into his face as he was driving and looking back at her. This is also why he swerved to the right after the glass hit him he went forward and made the car go right.
This is the lamest cover up ever. So you have marital issues. Big deal, just say it and move on.
It is not like you cheated the game like others or it is not like you hit her.
Tiger was the bigger man to just leave. He should be praised for leaving instead of hitting her.
He is protecting crazy ass and his image, but the cover is damaging more than helping it.

It's not about just admitting the marital affairs, it's about losing millions and millions in endorsements. Tiger makes 10x as much off the course and that is what he ultimately is protecting.

Deny till you die...he can deny forever and it will always be speculation. Not many sponsors if any are going to drop him based on accusations. He is doing what anyone one of us would do in his situation-
