I selfishly want it to tank a bit more. I've had money wrapped up in bonds (falling in value but not nearly as bad) but I'm looking to make the switch back to stocks.
seriously,he has to define "responsible homeowners."....with some mortgages costing three to four thousand a month, saving $2,000 per year is peanuts.......

I didn't care for that line either. The whole foreclosure thing is what it is. People and banks need to take responsibility for their actions. I don't understand how you determine who are the responsible homeowners and why'd you'd give them money.

I think you have me all wrong. I like the debate more than anything, but on an individual level, I have no problem with it as long as you don't push it on me.

Was a perfect example...how much can one person use...guy has plenty of cash and was due more money which would be surplus to him, so he gave to the people that actually helped him earn it, rewarding people is what I called it not giving anything!! I bet those people that work for him work even harder for him now and the bank has a very positive vibe and pleasant work place when one enters...imagine America being happy again without all the complaining
