I want to know what forecasters having trouble forecasting a Miller B storm (which is always difficult to predict where the bands of snow will setup because it all depends on where the second low reforms off the east coast) has to do with this last year being the warmest on record?
You do recognize it does snow during the winter?
So you had to wait till the end of January for a big storm to prove there is no global warming?
