Right behind you

Somewhat along this subject and further to your constant whining about government interference and tax rates, you might want to compare the standard of living in some high tax, highly regulated countries against your Ron Paulian ideal countries which have little to no government control and taxes.

Here, I'll give you a link to countries with high rates of regulation and high taxes, you provide the list of low regulated/low tax countries for comparison.

Okay, now where's your list? I'll get you started:

:142smilie : Just got back a few months ago from Luxembourg. There is no way to compare Lux and the USA.. These lists have no merit ( per the usual with you ) . Comparing Lux with the USA in its living standard is a joke. These authors must have graduated from the Capt. Kangaroo school of Statistics and Journalism.

Go suck on another of your boyfriends tits!

Fuck with farmers? Not me. I'm a tree farmer. And I love those farmer bennies. I get free tech advise from the Forest Service, a rebate for planting, and treat my profit as long term capital gains. And I never get dirt under my fingernails.

There's no business that milks the taxpayers like farming.

You might milk the system.

I don't.

I'm a small time farmer. Do my work and mind my own business.

You give farmers a bad name.

Duff:

Personally, I think most subsidies are bad because they have been warped and corrupted.
If a business or business model needs subsidies to be viable, then it should not be in business.
I have a pretty good idea as to why farm subsidies came into being, though.

Naw. I just play by the rules.

It's Congress that deserves the name calling. Gotta milk those farm states for votes.

So when the slave owners were just playing by the rules it was ok!
Again YOU are nothing but a parasite exploiting a flawed set up!
